Very pleased with my results. Dr. Mahoney is very knowledgeable. I was comfortable during the consultation where she provided a detailed explanation of what to expect, which ultimately made me decide to go with her over my other choices. She kept my expectations realistic but still gave me what I wanted. My only suggestion would be to be more respectful of the patient’s decision to not release public photo consent. I felt like I was being pressured into changing my mind and had to say no multiple times during my first follow up which was a little awkward. Otherwise a positive experience and I recommend!

I had breast reduction surgery one month ago, and the results have already been transformative. I am thrilled with how my breasts look, and the outcome has exceeded my expectations. I expected a positive change, but I am even happier with the results than I thought I would be. Dr. Mahoney was wonderful throughout the entire process. She was easy to talk to, listened carefully to my concerns, and understood exactly the changes I was hoping to achieve. Her expertise and attention to detail are reflected in the results. Her office staff was equally exceptional, keeping me informed every step of the way and answering all of my questions before and after surgery. I always felt supported and well cared for. From the initial consultation through recovery, the entire experience was seamless and professional. From start to finish, it was truly a five-star experience.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Mahoney, her staff, and the entire surgical center team. I recently underwent 360 liposuction, and my experience from start to finish was incredibly positive. I absolutely love my results! Dr. Mahoney is truly an artist. She contoured my body beautifully and gave me the shape I had always envisioned for myself. At my first post-operative appointment, the day after surgery, Jubie—who is also amazing—helped me see my results for the first time. I actually teared up. I’ve always wanted my body to look “snatched” because that’s how I pictured myself in my head, and Dr. Mahoney made that vision a reality. If you’re considering 360 liposuction or any other procedure, I have no doubt that you’ll be pleased with your experience. Dr. Mahoney, Jubie, and the surgical team thoroughly explained what to expect throughout the recovery process. Everything happened exactly as they described, so I never felt disappointed or caught off guard. The pain was very manageable. I was up and walking slowly the same night as surgery and felt even better the following day. Each week brought noticeable changes. During the first week, I experienced soreness and swelling. By the second week, I was still sore and swollen, with bruising becoming more apparent. During the third week, the bruising started to fade, the swelling began to decrease, and my stomach started to harden. By the fourth week, I was seeing amazing improvements and feeling much more confident. I even took a trip to Florida and wore new bikinis with a level of confidence I’ve never had before. One piece of advice: stay consistent with your massages. If possible, I highly recommend seeing a therapeutic massage therapist for lymphatic drainage massages. They felt amazing and were very helpful during recovery. Thank you, Dr. Mahoney, Jubie, and the rest of the staff. You truly changed my life 💜

Really bad experience here 🙁 I called and asked about pricing for a procedure, clearly stated my all in budget, and was told it was a “good budget” and that it would be sufficient or at least very close to the total costs for the procedure. Solely because of that information, I proceeded with the paid consultation, with the full intent of having surgery with this practice. Once I actually came for my consultation, I was quoted a price that was 150% of the all in budget I had previously shared and was told could be accommodated. Mind you, absolutely nothing about my case or needs was out of the ordinary so this was not due to anything other than a mistake at best and lying at worst on the part of this practice. I ended up getting the courage to ask for a refund for my consult fee (especially after discussing this with several lawyers in my family who said this kind of behavior is actually illegal as it is a deceptive trade practice, which trumps their office “financial policy” of no refunds), and was met with an email of said policy (which again does not apply when their behavior violates consumer protection laws like it did in this case) and then no further response. I don’t think I’ve ever written a negative review in my life, but I am young 30s, trying to survive in this terrible economy, went out of my way to avoid this situation by communicating with them very clearly upfront, was lied to and taken advantage of, and then not even made whole when I very professionally requested a fair resolution. At this point even if I had the budget, I would not be comfortable having surgery of all things with a doctor and practice who treats patients this way. Highly encourage you to go elsewhere. ADDED COMMENTS IN RESPONSE TO FACILITY REPLY: If your front desk is not supposed to provide pricing, they are not following office policy because they did indeed provide pricing, which was wildly inaccurate from reality. And that is the entire problem here. A business’ financial policy does not protect them from deceptive trade practice violations, which occurred here. Yes, my consult was in January, and I asked to be refunded in May because I was dealing with a major spine surgery in the meantime which you fully knew. I did not have time to argue about $100 in the interim. Forgive me. The surgical fee is irrelevant. I stated my all in budget for all costs of the procedure and was told that it was doable. Instead, the quote for the all in cost I was later given was over 150% of my stated budget (not $300 which you stated by conveniently redefining all in costs to surgical fee LOL). For all reading this: as you can see from the facility’s response to my review, they are simply and shockingly dishonest, deceptive, and engage in gaslighting behavior. Filter for negative reviews of this place and you will see others having the same experience. There are many amazing plastic surgeons to choose from and you are putting your health, safety, and appearance in their hands. I wouldn’t feel comfortable doing so at this practice.

Dr. Mahoney and her staff are absolutely incredible. They made the process seamless and were supportive throughout. I cannot recommend her ( and them) enough! So happy I chose this office. A million out of ten results.

I don't even know where to start — Dr. Mahony genuinely changed my life. I went to her for a breast reduction and after our initial consult I knew she was my surgeon. She was so thorough in explaining everything, set real expectations (not just what I wanted to hear), and made me feel completely at ease from day one. Her whole team has that same energy — warm, professional, and actually helpful throughout the entire pre and post-op process. As a mom, I'd been putting this procedure off for years. I can honestly say it is the best thing I could've done for myself. The surgery itself was so straightforward, recovery went smoothly, and I am quite literally obsessed with my results.
